Good for you Rebecca, but honestly I don't think I could be that disciplined. For me, making sure that 90% of the food I consume is fresh or home made with fresh and unprocessed ingredients, and allowing myself to have 10% processed stuff, works for me.

Yes, I know it's junk, yes I know it's laden with sugar, salt, fat and lots of unhealthy stuff, yes I know it's addictive, but I enjoy it: i eat it slowly and savour every single small bite!

To me, dieting and maintaining a good weight is all about what works for you. Looks like we've both found what works for us personally. Yay for us :-)

The problem is that too many people turn my formula on it's head - 90% junk and 10% fresh!
