I use an extension called One Tab, which, with one click, puts everything onto, you’ve guessed it, “one tab”! It creates a tab with a list of all the tabs you had open, which you can easily re-open at a more suitable time, or (which is more often the case for me) delete without re-opening. It stops the constant distractions that Tim talks about, but also means that you don’t have to worry about forgetting something that you wanted to read, or needed.

A good middle way between Tim’s one tab method and having lots of tabs open, which works for me :-)
