The Last Email That You Send

Every Friday afternoon, you should send this email.

This idea was suggested to me a few months ago, and I’vebeen testing it ever since. It’s very simple: every Friday afternoon (or whatever your last day at work for the week is), right before you finish work, you send an email to yourself, with a quick run down of what you’ve achieved that week.
